Not sure who produced this rack, very nice piece, appears to be tig welded and polished titanium framework, steel rack, 6 led lights on rear, rubber pads on top to resist marring ...measure 10 3/4" width inside side to side and 9 1/4" center to center side mount holes. The welding and polishing is awesome...I did notice someone clipped off the wiring, so that will need attention...I am thinking/ guessing crossbones and 03 and up softail?? Educated guess - please do your homework
